These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Judiwin66 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), an international online gaming platform accessible at https://judiwin66.cam. This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and content made available through the Judiwin66 platform.

By creating a Judiwin66 account, accessing the platform, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the platform immediately and refrain from creating an account.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered on Judiwin66, including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, sports betting, fishing games, crash games, and any promotional activities conducted by the platform. Where specific games or promotions carry supplementary terms, those supplementary terms shall be read together with this Agreement. In the event of a conflict, the supplementary terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

To register and maintain an account on Judiwin66, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Judiwin66 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all players. Individuals under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using any services offered by the platform.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, or where accessing this platform would constitute a breach of local legislation.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through Judiwin66's responsible gambling tools or any comparable third-party self-exclusion programme.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent, or family member of an employee or director of Judiwin66 or any of its associated game suppliers or payment partners.

Judiwin66 reserves the right to request additional eligibility documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the Judiwin66 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, and a chosen username. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. Judiwin66 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login information. You agree to notify Judiwin66 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

• Accounts must be registered in the Player's own name. Registering an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
• Players found to have provided false registration information will have their accounts suspended and all balances forfeited pending investigation.
• Judiwin66 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

Judiwin66 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of verified local payment channels. All deposit methods supported by the platform are listed in the Cashier section of your account. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

Supported deposit methods include, but are not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct online banking via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong. Judiwin66 does not accept deposits funded by credit facilities, third-party accounts, or payment methods not registered in the Player's own name.

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the same name as your Judiwin66 account. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where practically possible.
• Judiwin66 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, individual payment providers may apply their own charges.
• Deposit limits may be set by the Player using the responsible gambling tools available in the account settings. Once set, lower limits take effect immediately; increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Judiwin66 reserves the right to request evidence of payment source (source of funds) as part of enhanced due diligence checks at any time.

Players may request withdrawals of real-money (non-bonus) funds from their account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though processing timelines may vary for unusually large amounts.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method held in the same name as the registered Judiwin66 account. Judiwin66 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous wallets, or cryptocurrency addresses unless expressly supported and documented.

Processing Timeframes (indicative):

• E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Typically under 5 minutes following approval.
• DuitNow / FPX: Typically 5–15 minutes following approval.
• Direct Bank Transfer: Typically 15–60 minutes following approval.

Judiwin66 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds. These checks are conducted to protect players and the integrity of the platform. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to additional review.

Judiwin66 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, read together with the general provisions of this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from those funds become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward completing wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) and sports betting wagers may contribute at a reduced rate, as specified per promotion.
• Validity Period: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Uncompleted wagering requirements that lapse on expiry will result in forfeiture of the associated bonus funds and any bonus-derived winnings.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum winnings that may be withdrawn from bonus-funded play. This cap, where applicable, is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. The Platform reserves the right to determine the order in which funds (real-money vs. bonus) are wagered.
• Bonus Abuse: Any Player found to be exploiting bonuses through arbitrage betting, systematic use of low-risk wagers to satisfy rollover conditions, or coordinated abuse with other accounts will have their bonuses cancelled and winnings forfeited. This may also result in account closure.

Judiwin66 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation of bonus terms, the decision of Judiwin66 management shall be final.

All games available on Judiwin66 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time outcomes determined by physical game equipment operated by live dealers in licensed studios. The results of all games are final once settled by the platform's game engine or live studio feed.

Judiwin66 does not guarantee a minimum level of winnings or the achievement of any particular outcome in any game. Gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain and involve risk. Players acknowledge this risk by registering and placing bets on the platform.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be reversed, cancelled, or amended. Players are advised to review their bet selections carefully before confirming.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that disrupts a game session, the affected game round will be declared void and any associated stake refunded to the Player's account balance. This is the Player's sole remedy in such circumstances.
• Judiwin66 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at incorrectly published odds — or where a technical error has materially affected the game outcome.
• Sports betting markets covered include Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, NBA, and other major international competitions. Market availability, odds, and betting rules for each sport are subject to the specific rules displayed within the Sports Betting section.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Judiwin66 platform. Engagement in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, manipulating game outcomes, or engaging in any deceptive conduct intended to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated live game play.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers through arbitrage, matched betting against the platform's terms, the use of multiple accounts, or any other method designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent.
• Use of Automated Tools: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or gain an advantage not available to human players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or reversals for deposits made to Judiwin66 while retaining associated winnings or bonus funds constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and legal action.
• Money Laundering: Using Judiwin66 as a vehicle for layering or concealing proceeds of criminal activity. Judiwin66 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or play while under the age of 21 years.
• Account Sharing: Permitting or facilitating access to your account by any other individual.

Judiwin66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• The Player has engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9 of this Agreement.
• The Player has failed to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Judiwin66 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity associated with the account.
• The Player is identified as being under 21 years of age.
• The Player has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• Judiwin66 is required to do so by law, regulation, or a directive from a competent authority.

Upon closure for breach of these Terms, Judiwin66 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any remaining account balance. Where closure is initiated by the Player voluntarily (not arising from a breach), real-money funds remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal following completion of applicable KYC requirements.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact Judiwin66 customer support via the live chat facility. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

Judiwin66 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide a suite of responsible gambling tools that all registered players may access at any time through their account settings. These tools include deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, reality check notifications, temporary cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended and the Player will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. Judiwin66 will use reasonable efforts to prevent self-excluded Players from creating new accounts, though we cannot guarantee the complete prevention of circumvention.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Judiwin66 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

Judiwin66 does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical issues. We shall not be liable for any losses sustained by a Player as a result of technical malfunctions, connection interruptions, or Force Majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

The total aggregate liability of Judiwin66 to any Player in connection with this Agreement shall in no event exceed the amount of real-money funds held in that Player's account balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

Nothing in this clause shall limit Judiwin66's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

All content on the Judiwin66 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphical elements, logos, software, game interfaces, text, trademarks, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to Judiwin66 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any part of the platform or its content without prior written authorisation from Judiwin66;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the platform's content or software;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform's software;
• Use the Judiwin66 brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Judiwin66's intellectual property may result in account termination and civil or criminal legal action.

Your use of the Judiwin66 platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data, and sets out your rights in relation to that data.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes processing necessary for account management, payment processing, KYC identity verification, fraud prevention, and responsible gambling compliance.

Judiwin66 does not sell personal data to third parties. We share data with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to deliver our services (e.g., payment processors, identity verification providers, game studios), and only under appropriate data protection agreements.

Judiwin66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Judiwin66 platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 10.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Judiwin66 accepts no liability for any Player's failure to review updated terms.
